🏥 Calling Digital Health Startups 🏥

We are looking for Digital Health Startups and Technologists who can build & implement in highly regulated environments. Do you meet the following criteria:

• Preference for experience in regulated delivery. Startups with a proven track record shipping into hospital IT (identity, network segmentation, audit, change control) are encouraged to apply.
• Interoperability: Hands-on with clinical data exchange and device APIs (e.g., HL7/FHIR, vendor SDKs, time-sync, event schemas).
• ML/Signal capability: Time-series modeling, drift monitoring, labeling strategies, false-alarm minimization, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Privacy & security minded: Demonstrated threat modeling, logging, RBAC, and data minimization consistent with hospital governance.
• Product pragmatism: Bias to working integrations and measurable outcomes; ability to cost-share pilot hardware if required.
• Highly collaboration approach: Hungry to win above standing out. Willing to form a consortium/new entity to deliver an integrated solution if necessary

Growth Lab Principles:

• Speed-to-value: Minimal viable integration > feature breadth.
• Evidence over claims: Real data, reproducible metrics, clinician feedback in loop.
• Privacy-by-design: Least data necessary, transparent model behavior.
• Interoperability first: Open, well-documented interfaces; avoid vendor lock-in.
• Safety & reliability: Clear failure modes, alarms governance, runbooks.
• Auditability: Full event trails, dataset lineage, model/version registry.
