The 2025 Cyber Growth Lab will build on a simple rule:

Provide once, Rely on many!

Imagine a rego sticker for vendor assurance: Small Surface - Big Proof!

We are looking for 5x builder led teams who can ship in regulated environments and stand up machine evidence fast. Do you meet the following criteria:

⚡️Founder/CTO already in market or late alpha

⚡️You can pull machine evidence from tools like Okta, AzureAD, CrowdStrike, Qualys, Intune, SentinelOne, ServiceNow, Vanta/Drata

⚡️AU data residency is fine, no PII in the payload, audit trail by default

⚡️You can map to CPS 230/234 without turning it into a paperwork circus

⚡️Ideally, you’ve done at least one enterprise pilot and didn’t melt in procurement

⚡️ Show a working/secure API pull for MFA, EDR health and patch latency in under 14 days, or better

⚡️ Deliver an audit log we can hand to a regulator without a story attached

⚡️ Run AU only and keep PII out of the pack

In Lab, you will build

⚡️ A lean Evidence Pack for critical suppliers

⚡️API first ingestion (or similar/better/more secure) plus a low friction upload path for the rest

⚡️ RAG owned by the buyer, clean change triggers, clear chain of custody

Assumptions you will not find in the Lab:

🚫 “Another portal will do.” It won’t... reduce logins or you lose

🚫 “Self attest is enough.” It isn’t... machine beats memo

🚫 “Quarterly is fine.” Not when patch latency and sub processor changes move weekly!
